Will I get a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, you will be emailed a receipt from PayPal or Stripe, depending on your payment method, as well as an email from NucleusCRM with payment details. Invoices can be downloaded through the "Subscription" menu option when logged in.

How long does it take for my cloud subscription to be activated?
Your cloud subscription will be activated immediately upon signup.

Why is my account limited?
Your account is in limited functionality until your email address is verified. This limits access to sales invoices, sales quotations, and prohibits the sending of any email. To resend the verification code, go to your profile and click the 'resend verification email' button.

Can i use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
NucleusCRM supports Multi-Factor Authentication by e-mail and TOTP (Time Based One-Time Password). MFA can be configured in your profile.
